Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Spinning Wheels Roller Rink

We want every visit to be fun and worry‑free. This policy explains when refunds, credits, and reschedules are available for admissions, skate rentals, birthday party packages, private rink rentals, lessons, multi‑pass offers, arcade cards/tokens, merchandise, and gift cards.

 

1) General Admission & Open Skate Sessions

- Refunds: Cancel at least 24 hours before your session start time to receive a refund. No refunds after the session begins or for no‑shows.

- Reschedules: You may reschedule once up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

- Safety & Rules: Guests asked to leave for unsafe behavior or rule violations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

2) Skate Rentals

- If a suitable size is unavailable or the equipment is defective, we will exchange or refund the rental fee.

- Rental fees are otherwise nonrefundable once used.

 

3) Birthday Party Packages

- Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date/time.

- Balance: The remaining balance is due on arrival.

- Cancellations: Cancel at least 7 days prior to receive a refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable.

- Reschedules: One reschedule permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. Deposits transfer to the new date if rescheduled within 90 days, subject to availability.

- Guest Counts: Final headcount is due 48 hours prior. We cannot guarantee accommodations for additional guests after that time.

 

4) Private Rink Rentals & Special Events

- Deposit: Nonrefundable deposit of 50% required at booking.

- Cancellations: Cancel at least 14 days prior to receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.

- Reschedules: One reschedule permitted with at least 7 days’ notice. New date must occur within 90 days and is subject to availability.

- No‑Shows: No refunds or credits.

 

5) Lessons, Camps & Clinics

- Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the first session.

- After the first session begins, no refunds are issued except if we cancel remaining sessions; in that case, a prorated refund or credit will be offered.

 

6) Multi‑Pass Offers

- Refunds: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused.

- After First Use: Nonrefundable.

- Transferability: Nontransferable.

- Expiration: Expires 12 months from purchase (any remaining visits expire after that date).

- Lost Passes: Can be reissued if purchase and remaining visits can be verified.

 

7) Arcade Cards / Tokens

- Purchases are final and nonrefundable.

-Arcade tokens are none refundable and have no cash value.

- Remaining balances do not expire.

- Lost or damaged cards can be replaced only if the card number or purchase record can be verified. Unverified balances cannot be restored.

 

8) Gift Cards

- Gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable.

- Gift cards do not expire and have no inactivity fees.

- Lost, misplaced, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

 

9) Merchandise & Pro Shop Items

- Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt, unused/unworn, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Final Sale: Worn socks, other hygiene items, clearance items, and customized or special‑order merchandise.

 

10) Food, Beverages & Cakes for Parties

- Party food orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your event.

- Inside 48 hours, food payments are nonrefundable due to supplier commitments.

 

11) Weather, Power Outages & Facility Closures

- If we must cancel a session or event due to weather, utility disruption, or other unforeseen issues, you may choose a full refund or a credit/reschedule for the affected booking.

 

12) How to Request a Refund, Credit, or Reschedule

- Contact: spinningwheels@voami.net or by phone (989) 856-6790

- Include your name, order number, event date/time, and reason for the request.

- Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds.

 

13) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

- Please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly.

- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of booking privileges until resolved.

 

14) Taxes, Fees & Third‑Party Services

- Applicable taxes are refunded with eligible refunds.

- Third‑party service or processing fees may be nonrefundable if they are not returned to us by the provider.

 

15) Proof of Purchase & ID

- We may request a receipt, order number, or government‑issued ID to process refunds or credits.

 

16) Changes to this Policy

- Policies may change from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of booking applies.
